Holidays suck for dieting! Instead of keeping in track with what I was doing, and splurging a little on thanksgiving and Christmas, I turned it into a free for all from late November till now. But now, I am freshly focused and ready to go in a whole new direction.
My OB/GYN suggested a "south beach" style diet, due to a hormone problem I have (PCOS). So that is what I plan to do. Eliminate the carbs.
