So I know they say not to weigh everyday, but I feel that it helps me, and keeps me on track better. So I am planning on just keeping an eye on the scale through the week and only have an official weigh in once a week.
Since starting Monday, I am already down 2.2 pounds (1.3 Tuesday and .9 today) , and that was with eating McDonalds for dinner last night because it was 11 and our microwave decided that it wanted to be a box of sparks :(
I know that what I'm probably losing is just water weight, but hey smaller numbers are smaller numbers :)
