Weekly Friday Weigh-in

WOW!

That is all I have to say about this week.  I never would have thought that making such small changes could result in the results I've experienced. Everytime I've tried to diet in the last 5 years, I've never NEVER dropped that much in 5 days. 

All I've been doing is kind of, and I repeat kind of, keeping track of my weight watchers points, and watching out for sweet stuff and soda.  Heres hoping that next week is just as productive and I'll be well on my way to being 10 pounds smaller, which is the first step in my over-all goal.

  1. Girl I will be the first to tell ya its a lot harder getting it off then putting it on. I started counting calories last November and by January I had Lost almost 30lbs. Then found out I was preggo so had to put that on pause. I gained about 30 with my pregnancy and so far have only lost 25 of it. I have to start my working out and stuff again. I know once i get back in the habit it will be no problem. I know what helped me was having an accountability partner. YOur doing awesome.
